Whereas many luxury hotel rooms have balcony or terrace, hotel suites just simply offer more space in this area as well. Usually, the more space outside also means that more attractive outdoor equipment can be available such as: outside pools, whirlpools, gardens, massage beds for a more entertaining and more luxurious experience.

Difference in location and view

Usually, in a luxury hotel the suites are located in the very best part of the hotel complex. Do you remember the scene of the movie Pretty Woman? When Richard Gere afraid to walk out the terrace to Julia in his top floor panorama suite in the Beverly Wilshire Hotel? He said that, he was afraid of heights. Then Julia asked him, how came he rented the penthouse? He replied:

It’s the best.

I looked all around for penthouses on the first floor, but I can’t find one.

This is true for all suites, especially for the penthouse or panorama suites. These suites are usually situated at the upper levels of the hotels. Thanks to the upper location, the suites are much brighter, more quiet, and gives more privacy for the guests.
